Absolutely! We have a wide array of inventory to choose from, however, anything outside of what we have in stock will result in an additional fee.

Yes! If your event is less than 20 miles from our home office, there is no travel fee. However, if you arrive late to your picnic, we do not extend the picnic time, but you may extend the picnic for a fee. In addition, if you are 30 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel and not issue a refund.

Where are you available to host picnics?

Rich Luxury Picnics and Events is available to host picnics at parks, homes, event centers, and other similar spaces. There are also private options, just ask us during your consultation.

What type of events do you host?

RLP & Events hosts self-love picnics, birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, bachelorette parties, corporate events, memorials, date nights, brunch, corporate bonding events, friendship gatherings, and anything else you can dream up! We can help you celebrate it all!

Do you offer food?

We do not offer food, however, we offer a private chef service and luxury charcuteries through our chef as well.

Do I have to clean up?

We will arrive to collect our items at the appointed time. We do ask that you stay with the items until we arrive, however, we will clean everything up when you’re done so you can walk off into the sunset.

Do you customize?

Yes! We will customize any picnic. However, please book a consultation now and we will be in touch to discuss it with you.

What is your policy for damages/losses?

The client is responsible for all items provided during the picnic. Therefore, damage, theft or loss of any inventory during the event must be covered at full retail price. In addition, a replacement cost will be assessed and charged to the client on the credit card used for the deposit. However, normal wear and tear will not be charged. In conclusion, the client is expected to stay with the inventory until Rich Luxury Picnics returns to clean up.

Does RLP stay during our Picnic?

No, we will greet you at your arrival and return by the time the reservation is over.

Can we leave whenever we want?

Yes, if you wish to leave before the arranged time please contact us 30 minutes in advance. You will still be responsible for all picnic items until we are able to return.
